The Asset Management Review - 11th edition - Hong Kong chapter

Slaughter and May Hong Kong partners Jason Webber, Peter Lake and Ben Heron as well as associate Jocelyn Poon contributed to the latest edition of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Asset Management Review.

This chapter considers the legal, regulatory and key market developments in Hong Kong asset management with a focus on the regulatory framework detailed in the Securities and Futures Ordinance as well as on the amendments of several sectoral regulations. Also set out in the article are the common asset management structures, main source of investment and profit tax regime.
