This 9th edition of The Banking Regulation Review contains chapters on the UK and Hong Kong as well as on International Initiatives and an overview of the European Union

The EU chapter of the 9th edition of the Banking Regulation Review provides an introduction to the most important EU legislation affecting the regulation of banks and analyses developments that have led to the concentration of certain regulatory powers in a series of EU supervisory authorities.
