In this briefing we examine the new restrictions on the use of Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR).
Having placed a moratorium on forfeiture, the Government has announced further steps to restrict enforcement action by landlords against tenants of commercial premises. We explain the first of these to be brought into force, which relates to CRAR.
