The Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG) has published a revised version of its guidance on the prevention of money laundering and combatting terrorist financing for the UK financial sector. The JMLSG consulted on draft versions of these revisions in November 2022.
The amendments relate to Part II of its guidance: Sector 8 (Non-life providers of investment fund products); and Sector 9 (Discretionary and advisory investment management) and have been submitted to HM Treasury for approval.
